Challenge

Design a platform that makes complex, policy-heavy content feel approachable and inspiring. The target audience urban designers, policymakers and municipalities needed to find the right information quickly without getting lost in depth.

The design reflects three core content types: themes that explain the why, projects that show real-world application, and a knowledge base for deeper reading. Creating a clear hierarchy between these three layers was central to every design decision.

The tone needed to feel authoritative yet inviting not a commercial product, but a trusted public resource that motivates action.
